Art becomes truly meaningful when children are given the absolute freedom to play, imagine, and direct their own narratives. In our Noljak Basic class, a young artist at Rookids BGC engaged his creative problem-solving skills by mapping out an imaginative rescue mission to save a "burning moon."
The project expanded far beyond traditional vehicle drawings into an immersive spatial storytelling piece. The child completed a detailed firetruck and carefully constructed a winding path through a self-designed galaxy filled with textured planets and cosmic layers. Through this hands-on process, the student seamlessly integrated mixed media, experimenting with heavy background layering and layout structures to bring a unique, personal universe to life.
At Rookids BGC, we intentionally cultivate an environment where structured art programs allow children to strengthen their critical thinking, express complex ideas, and build the creative confidence to shape their own worlds.
